We are working on the next major release of the VDT. We still don't have an exact release date, but the OSG Executive Director has suggested that OSG 1.0 should be released May 1, 2008, which implies a VDT release by about March 15, 2008.
Should the VDT update to Tcl 8.5? No, LIGO (who is the customer for Tcl and TclGlobus) still uses Tcl 8.4.
Wayne: Should RSV bring along another Condor? If preexisting Condor is 6.8, then yes, will get a 6.9 from Condor-Devel. Jobs that got submitted went into preexisting Condor queue, not 6.9 one. This was taken offline, and is in (VDT ticket 3258).
