configure_fetch_crl - Configuration script for Fetch-CRL
configure_fetch_crl --server <y,n>
--vdt-install <VDT installation root>

For y, prepare fetch-crl to be installed and started by
vdt-control. fetch-crl will be a cron job, run daily.
For n, describe fetch-crl for use by vdt-control, but do not enable.
- --vdt-install <VDT installation root>

configure_fetch_crl will look for the root of the VDT
installation at $VDT_LOCATION. If you do not have that set you can
specify it with --vdt-install instead.
