Note: This version of the VDT (1.2.4) is no longer supported. Feel free to look through the documentation and install it, but we cannot guarantee support for it. The current stable release is 1.10.1.

VDT 1.2.4 Release

We are pleased to announce the release of VDT 1.2.4. This release is almost identical to VDT 1.2.3, save for a few small bug fixes.

We have not received a bug report on the VDT 1.2 series for more then two months now and we do not plan on making any further releases in the 1.2 series unless a serious bug is found. Since VDT 1.2.4 is so similar to VDT 1.2.3 you probably don't need to upgrade unless you've been effected by one of the problems below.

Bug Fixes

• Ths VDS_JAVA_HEAPMAX environment variable is now set correctly.
• The JDK binary package is cleaned up properly.
• $VDTSETUP_AGREE_TO_LICENCES is once again accepted to pre-answer the licenses question.
