CAs in the VDT

CA Updates

Starting with version 1.2.3 the VDT CA cert package is updated asynchronously with respect to the rest of the VDT.

To see what version you have installed, run the command: 

vail(nmueller): vdt-version | grep Certificates
    DOE and LCG CA Certificates v1 (includes LCG 0.25 CA's)
If you want to upgrade to the current version you can do so with: 
vail(nmueller): pacman -update CA-Certificates
