configure_new_gridftp - Configuration script for optional GT4 GridFTP server

Synopsis

    configure_new_gridftp --vdt-install <VDT installation root>

Description

--vdt-install <VDT installation root>

configure_new_gridftp will look for the root of the VDT installation at $VDT_LOCATION. If you do not have that set you can specify it with --vdt-install instead.

Print a usage message.

By default the following changes are made for the GT4 GridFTP server:

The gsiftp2 service is registers in /etc/services at port 2812

The GT4 GridFTP server is added to the inetd/xinetd configuration and inetd/xinetd is restarted.
