configure_globus_wsgram - Basic configuration for Globus web services GRAM

--vdt-install <VDT installation root>

configure_globus_wsgram will look for the root of the VDT
installation at $VDT_LOCATION. If you do not have that set you can
specify it with --vdt-install instead.

Finish Globus WS GRAM configuration for the Condor jobmanager. Using this
switch bypasses most of the regular configuration steps and just takes care of
steps related to Condor. If you use this switch, ensure that condor_config_val
is in the PATH.

Print a usage message.
The following actions are performed to set up Globus Web Services GRAM
- The directory for the container's log file is created (if needed)

- Information about configuring sudo is printed to the post-install/README file

- The globus/etc/gram-service/jndi-config.xml file is patched to reflect the
location of the installed CA certificates

- For --condor, the globus/etc/gram-service/jndi-config.xml file is
patched to contain the correct Condor architecture string
