configure_edg_make_gridmap - Configuration script for EDG-Make-Gridmap
configure_edg_make_gridmap --server <y,n>

For y, prepare edg-mkgridmap to be installed and started by
vdt-control. edg-mkgridmap will be a cron job, run daily.
For n, describe edg-mkgridmap for use by vdt-control, but do not enable.

configure_edg_make_gridmap will look for the root of the VDT
installation at $VDT_LOCATION. If you do not have that set you can
specify it with --vdt-install instead.
