configure_gums - GUMS configuration script

Synopsis

 configure_gums --vdt-install <VDT installation root>
                --service
                --client
                 

Description

--vdt-install <VDT installation root>

If $VDT_LOCATION is defined in your environment, specify it using this command-line option

--service

Configure the GUMS service: Edit the Apache configuration, edit the Tomcat configuration, and initialize the GUMS MySQL database

--client

Configure the GUMS command-line client tools so that they can communicate with the GUMS service

--gums-host

Set the GUMS host. The default host is the installation machine. This option overrides the VDT_GUMS_HOST environment variable, if it is set.

--help
