configure_rft [--vdt-install <VDT installation root>]

- --vdt-install <VDT installation root>

Specify the directory in which the VDT is installed. Optional if
$VDT_LOCATION is set in your environment.

Output usage information.
The following actions are performed to configure RFT:
- If it does not exist, the RFT database is created in MySQL.

- Globus is told to use MySQL for the RFT database.

- The ownership and permissions of certain RFT configuration files
and directories are corrected for security, as needed.
