===== Gratia =====

The Gratia probe collects information about all jobs and sends them to
a Gratia collector. By default, it assumes the Gratia collector is on
the same computer as the probe. If you are not running a Gratia
collector, no information is collected.

However, please note that if you did an Open Science Grid
installation, your Gratia probe will send information about jobs that
run at your site to a centralized Gratia collector owned by Open
Science Grid.

Hopefully, this should not be a surprise or concern because Open
Science Grid needs to collect this sort of information for operational
purposes. The OSG Users Acceptable Use agreement states:

  5. Logged information, including information provided by you for
  registration purposes, shall be used for administrative,
  operational, accounting, monitoring and security purposes only. This
  information may be disclosed to other organizations anywhere in the
  world for these purposes. Although efforts are made to maintain
  confidentiality, no guarantees are given.

The Open Science Grid Service Agreement Policy also states that sites
will provide monitoring information:

  Auditing, monitoring, and job status tracking should be provided to
  document the level of service provided by the RP to each VO.
